What does winter mean to you? How do you experience it, how do you move through it? Winter really can be one of those seemingly unending seasons. But it need not be without delicious, and it certainly invites us to set our intentions for the long hibernation of it all. Want to move with a bit more of a focus and perhaps, signposts to put in place for living in better tandem with the rhythms of Ma Nature?
Join us for a full 6-week online exploration as we meet up online, live in person, for a series of 6 Tuesday evenings. We’ll set our intention for a winter of rest + bounty, we’ll focus on how Nutrition, the flavours you chase + key lifestyle ideas can be of support through what may seem like a long nap.

Tue Dec 8 - 15 minutes; Lifestyle ideas to support you in this season. 1 recipe.

Tue Jan 12 - 30 minutes; Superfoods for the season. 1 recipe (and often more)
Tue Jan 19 - 1 hour; A cooking demo on a seasonal special traditional foods skill. 1 recipe.
Cost: $120 for the season. Includes 8 recipes, 4 hours of instruction, resources, goal sheets + a chance to join in the conversation, have questions answered + personalize this experience.
