A one hour class to help inspire the good foods over the season of activity + leisure!
With the summer heat on its way, and the slower pace about to hit us, you’ll be needing some tasty ways to nourish through the days ahead. Whether you’re scrambling for snacking ideas because the littles are now home, or you need some tasty treats to bring hiking, biking, camping, to take with you to the beach or just for hanging out in the hammock, today’s class will give you some ideas on how to pull together nourishing snacks.
You can even think of these ideas as a great way to pull together a simple no-cook dinner for those days when turning on the oven or BBQ seems like the farthest thing from your mind! Join Holistic Nutrition Practitioner Luka Symons, as she dives in to the ways to think of putting snacks together, and why this might just be your ticket to summer survival.
