Balancing Moods + Supporting Anxiety

  • The Light Cellar 6326 Bowness Road Northwest Calgary, AB, T3B 0E5 Canada (map)

Navigating this world can feel like an attainable task for some, a bit overwhelming for others, and for yet another group of people it can be downright debilitating. Anxiety, while a normal human emotion, can start interfering with a person's ability to lead a normal life. Anxiety and low moods can masquerade as worry, tension, panic or fear, and how each person experiences these emotions can vary according to the individual. Anxiety and low moods can also be a way your body is trying to send you signals saying something is up!

Join me, Luka Symons, local C.H.N.C. Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant to explore how the foods we eat and whether or not our digestion is up to snuff can have a big impact on our moods, and may contribute to feelings of anxiety. At this workshop, we will go over some simple additions to your daily regimen, talk about balancing hormones which will go miles in supporting an improvement in moods. I will demonstrate how to make your own fermented dilly carrots at home, in order to best support a happy gut (which will contribute to a more balanced you!). We will finish with a discussion on lifestyle recommendations that will best support you so that you are able to be your most sparkly self.

Cost is $30 per person, and seating is limited. Purchase your tickets by visiting The Light Cellar's website, at this event page.

I look forward to seeing you there!
