FAQs:
Is this class just for Junior High students? No, it’s for anyone wanting to learn how to make their own food from scratch from the comfort of home.
Are these done live, and what happens if I miss it? These are pre-recorded, and so you can access right at 10am when they come to your inbox, or plan for later in the day if your days are already full.
Is this an ok class to take if I like to eat meat? Absolutely! This class is for anyone and everyone who likes food.
Is this an ok class to take if I am vegan or vegetarian? Absolutely! Each recipe will have gluten-filled, gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, veggie and vegan options.
I am Celiac. Can I still take this class? Absolutely! It is a gluten-free class for the most part; the only two modules that feature gluten (the pizza class and the strawberry shortcake) will have Gluten Free versions available in the recipes shared. Everyone should be able to eat the good foods!
Are we going to also be on camera for these classes? Does this mean I have to clean my kitchen before hand? Nope. The only people on camera will be me and my kiddo Eliza, hosting from our own kitchen. There won’t be any other video sharing happening. (Plus, this lets you off the hook for cleaning the house…)
Are there ways for me/my kid to have our questions answered? Yes, there is a chat function in the hub where the program is delivered. Fire your questions our way, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Are you going to be emailing my children for this? Nope. The emails are going to be going out to you if you’re an adult participating, or to the parent or guardian if it is children participating in the class. You’ll be the caretaker of the information as well, and so will be needed to help them access the content week to week, print recipes, get them the zoom link for our meetings.
Hit me up if you have a question you don’t see here!
