The different parts of the GoodFood Network
The GFN is a monthly subscription service set up to help you build those skills to take care of your own health, and that of those at your table. When you join the online Network, you’ll have unlimited access to curated content that changes month to month.
Each month will feature a main topic, with foundational courses you can take at your own pace, along with weekly live content. Registration is ongoing, and always open.

Joining the GoodFood Network might not be for you if you…
don’t have the space, time or mental capacity to invest the time it will take to figure out how the hub works, where the Network is housed. The Network is a living, breathing entity! It takes time to find all the moving parts. As I’m keeping access to the Network at an affordable price, it will be important for you to commit to figuring out how to access it all on your own. Don’t worry, I’ve left a good trail of breadcrumbs along the way so you can watch videos, print checklists and schedules in order to make it make sense. Expect an initial 30 minutes of commitment, and then each time you log in after that, I promise it will get easier and easier.
are currently doing an Intermittent Fasting approach to how you eat. This approach is not compatible with the work I do, nor do I have the supports to ensure that your method of eating is serving you at this time.
are currently looking to lose weight, fast. I’m not the nutrition or health coach for you. A real food / traditional foods approach is a slow mover, and weight loss is not something I can guarantee. As you lower inflammation and address what’s at the root of your own personal burden of stress, losing weight is one of those things that can happen in some circumstances, but not in every situation. You will need to look elsewhere for the support you need.
identify as a vegan or vegetarian, and are committing to staying one. My approach does talk about the Traditional Foods and approaches that served those that came before us, which includes animal fats, animal meats, and organ meats as well. And I name check them on the regular!
are expecting a one on one coaching scenario, or individual support. This Network doesn’t support this. If you need this level of support, know that I offer services + packages to those looking for this kind of support.
feel like your life is full to the brim at this time! Be it with time, energy, or both. If you are investing a monthly amount in to this Network and are expecting things to magically turn around on their own, it isn’t going to happen. If you’re really wanting to see change in how you feel each day, see a reduction in your symptoms, it is going to take a certain level of commitment. Sure, you can listen in to the classes, workshops, or sessions. You can take the programs on offer. But if you aren’t doing the practical applications that are shared in the Network, you will not see the changes you’re looking for. Why spend money on a Network you’ll never use? (At minimum, I’d say aim to commit to at least one hour a week in the Network in order to see changes. Oh and take that info and apply it to your day to day life.)

One main topic a month, that influences all live + recorded content available for that month. Includes recipes, articles, classes + handouts. Every season too, you’ll get new content on how to move through this particular season via foods + lifestyle ideas.A monthly Orientation Call

Exclusive to the network, one class a month (+ replay avail afterwards) zeroing in on an aspect that is linked to this month’s main topic.On-Demand courses
Watch any or all of the on-demand classes whenever you want. Know that they are only available for that month! Choose from Real Food Reset (setting up your kitchen / foundational basics of deep nutrition), a Vitality class (2 hour pre-recorded class on a different topic every month), or join my kiddo and I in our monthly Scratch Cooking Class.
The GoodFood Network is set up as a subscription. This means there is a monthly fee to joining the Network. Registration is ongoing, and renewals are automatic, occurring on the same day each month that corresponds with the first time you signed up.
If, for example, you join the network on September 18th, your subscription will renew again on October 18th, and again on November 18th, and so on and so forth until you request a cancellation.
To cancel your subscription, I require at minimum 24 hours’ notice before your subscription renews automatically. You get to access the network until the very last day of the month for which you’ve subscribed! And listen. You can always come back to the Network in the future.
And hey, shhhh… don’t tell anyone. If you join mid-month, it’s kind of like you have two months’ worth of content covered in that one month’s subscription fee! Wink wink.

I don’t know if you’re like me - but I like to try clothes on first, to see if they’ll fit before I purchase them.
I want to give you the same option when it comes to the Network. You can sign up and join the classes and content for that first week, try it on for size, see if it’s really for you. At the end of the first seven days, if it isn’t a fit, just send me word and I’ll reimburse that initial monthly membership fee and cancel your subscription. I really think in that initial week, you’ll find so much content at your finger-tips that you may just want to stick around.
